Registration for the Canberra Walking Festival is now open

Entries for the 2014 Canberra Walking Festival are now open.

You may register online at:

Emails or letters have been sent out to previous participants this week.

Saturday 29 March
Loop the Lake: choose from five routes featuring Lake Burley Griffin — short (10km or 14km), medium (24km) or long (32km). An even longer marathon route (42.2km) is also available. For walkers under 8 years or over 75 years of age and their companions, there will be a guided walk (6km).

Sunday 30 March
Sunday circuit: choose from short (10km), medium (20km) or long (31km) routes. For walkers under 8 years or over 75 years of age and their companions, there will be a guided walk (5km).

Please note: You choose your preferred distance(s) but you must start at the appointed time from our Control Centre in Barton.
